A BOY aged 12 who attacked and raped a teacher was detained for life yesterday because he is such a danger to the public.
The boy, now 13, who had been the victim of sexual and physical abuse since he was a toddler, attacked his slightly built victim, a married woman in her thirties, after making sure he was alone with her at a special needs centre in Co Durham. He then fled in her car.



Mr Justice Grigson explained to the boy, a stocky child who appeared in court wearing a hooded jacket and flanked by security officers, that he felt compelled to order an indeterminate sentence.

The judge acknowledged that the boy’s problems were not of his own making but said that, nevertheless, he was very likely to commit further and equally serious offences. He must be detained for a minimum of 21 months but should be prepared for much longer....

I don't believe this for a second. A 12 year old has barely started his growth spurt (and puberty) for god's sake. I don't care how stocky this kid is, there is no way on this planet that a fully grown 30-year-old woman can't fight off a 12-year old kid, much less end up being be raped by him. A swift kick in the nads would have had this kid bawling for his mommy. :Nope

It could happen. I was almost 6' tall at 12. I was taller than my father when I entered high school. I could see a 12-year-old being able to overpower a woman, if she didn't see it coming.

That's just what this kid needs, more abuse.
I don't nessarily think detaining him for life is wrong, he doesn't know any better, or more likely was trained that this is how it's done.
I'd wonder what has been done to his parants/abusers, they are the ones that created this monster.

This kid is about 13 years old today, is obcessive father is out of his life and actually has some friends and gets to play video games today and is still considered to by all of the health and fitness experts to be the world's stongest human.

But this is not off topic at all. The point of this thread is a supposition of whether or not a 12 year old kid could be capable of something like this. In my first post I didn't think so. My second post shows that I was... wrong since it shows a very highly developed kid of 8 that could prolly kick my booty up & down the street without breaking a sweat. I saw a vid of this particular kid & he is freakin' scary - at 12 he could take your head off with a 3 successive tornado kicks & you wouldn't even see one of them coming. This woman wouldn't have even been a challenge for him at 8. Since then I have found many similar examples of 10-14 yr olds that can be very dangerous to a smaller adult woman, or even some adult males.
