Welp, here I go again time to drop the pounds. I started bulkin last july (2k4) and was pretty lean at 8% BF. I took some time off during the months of Dec (Holidays)-to-current April because of severe knee pain. My doctor finally acknowledges that I may have to take pain killers for it so he doped me up unfortunatley. The good side is that I am motivated to start working out and eating right again. My stats right now are:

April 2005:
AGE - 17
Weight - 205
Height - 5'11"
BF: Dunno :Crying (Would probably cry if did.)
Waste is 33" round me

Before - July 2004:
AGE -16
Weight - 145
Height 5'8"
BF - 8%
Waste was 29" or so

It is hard know that I gained about 60 pounds. Half of which I am guessing is muscles because I haven't ever stopped benching or curling and I am at 235 on the bench. I sky rocketed from 145 to 235 in less than a year :-) (Don't ask it is probably cause teenage years and what happens when you grow into your body.) The other half is unrully fat :Nope and going to take a few months to shed it off so yeah.

I am going to start tomorrow when I wake up and go to work I am going to start riding the bike about 10-15 miles and then going to start lifting where I left off when I get off work. I should drop the weight in about a month or two because I did it 2 years ago on the same method. I went from 250 body weight to 150 lean pounds in about 3-4 months just ridin that same bike route to work and I didn't have a car so it was work or dont' work. I also aite nothing but tuna and some other food often.

When I go back to school in August I plan to be about:

Plan stats:

After - August:
AGE - 17
Weight 150-160 (depending on where I feel good at)
Height - Heh who know's still growing. :-D
BF - With my muscle gains and fat loss I want to be at about 4-6% BF.

I am probably going to lose about 6-7 pounds of muscle because last time I lost all my muscle and had to build it back. :-( Bench was 140 when I weighed 250 then it went down to 90 when I was 145 then I built it up slowly back to 145 in july to what it is presently...

Overall this going to be challenging just like any other weight loss... wish me luck.
