This is a list of supplements that I have started using. Before I list each supplement I would like to start by saying over the last few months I've been doing alot of research about nutrition. Along the way I've stumbled into updated information about fitness. In my job I'm less than active when it comes to fitness. I work in a small office building and provide customer service and IT support, either by direct contact or over the telephone, to field technicians and customers. In high school I weight trained for almost 3 years, but it was semi-serious and I never paid attention to nutrition. Yes, I am concidered over weight for my height. 6'0" 225lbs. My motivation for starting to weight train again came from the compliments I've gotten by loosing 10lbs in the last 2 months, just by eating right and doing low impact cardio. Now I eat 6 meals a day (usually medium/small meals but healthy) and weight train/cardio 4 days a week.
Starting Weight: 225lbs
Waist Size: 38
Current Weight: 215lbs
Waist Size: 36
Supplements:
-GNC 100% Whey Protein
-Barlean's Highest Lignan Flax Seed Oil
-Solaray L-Glutamine -500 MG
-Centrium Performance Vitamin Supplement
-EAS HP Cratine Plus
It has only been 2 months since I started eating better and doing mild cardio exercises. I'm excited to see where my weight training will take me since its only been a week since I've started. I hope to update everyone with information. If you have any questions feel free to ask. If you feel tired and lazy and your overweight don't think that you'll never be able to change that. Get out there and learn about nutrition and fitness. Then apply it and watch the amazing transformation.
