I believe that is called the "Peacock Dance". Brandi and I was at a performance of the China Disabled People's Performing Art Troupe in 2000 at Carnegie Hall in New York. The attention to detail and the coordination was amazing and considering that the performers are deaf makes it astounding.

According to the program that was distributed at the performance the performers are taught at an early age using a large drum on the floor. Their movements are coordinated by the vibrations that they feel with their bodies.

If anyone has the chance to go to a performance in person I highly recommend that they go. :Thumb
