Correct, hehe..
I saw this in Japan. Freaken funny I'd tell yea. My teacher was cracking up watching. The "eposide" I saw was something about how the teachers would do something something or wear something to try get them laugh.
Number counting is definally confusing if you think about it in english. Japanese number counting is pretty much keeps a same pattern. I'm not suprise he said "10 10" for 20. 20 in Japanese is nijuu and 21 in Japanese is nijuuichi. "ni" is 2 by itself and "juu" is 10 by itself, so if anybody who looks at 20 (nijuu) and 21 (nijuuichi), they will try to say 2 10s as "10 10" for 20 and for 21 as "10 10 1". (ichi is 1 btw.)
This pattern stays until 99 and changes at 100.
Anyhow, I think this was the one I saw in Japan. This is funner!

Looking at your sig there Kindom I would say that guy that kept cracking up was definitely "feeling the pain". Ouch!
It looked like the class executioners were doing some batting practice on the laugher's backsides.
