I wanna make it so all the 3GM e-mails go to a certain folder in my Gmail account on Thunderbird. Is this possible? Actually, anyone know if Gmail uses IMAP instead of POP3?

Gmail doesn't currently support IMAP access. As part of our ongoing commitment to give our users easy access to their email, we have introduced POP access. We look forward to announcing other new features as they become available.

You can setup Message Filters in Thunderbird.
Tools > Message Filters
Click "New", give it a Filter name, and set the criteria
Finally set where you want it moved to, select that folder

After you do that, Tools > Run filters on folder, for your Inbox or w/e and it will filter it.

Edit: From then on, all new emails will automatically be filtered.
