The design only works if the women (or man if your weird and like wearing women's clothing :S) has a fatty "buttocks". If its small, or isnt "hanging" then the lingerie wont stay and will fall off :rofl2

Well, if you look at #2 and read:

"Position the leg straps in the crease between the top of the leg and the buttocks"

the strap gets placed into the "crease" which is created by the fatty buttocks. Then you use the straps on the thighs to tighten it. If that strap loses and you don't have a large/deep "crease" then it would fall off.

Interesting design nonetheless.
