Well, since ordering my computer parts on June the 1st newegg's reputation has gone down significantly for me. I received everything perfectly and all within 3 days its just that the box for my case was miss-labeled and actually came with the wrong case inside. I thought there was really no problem beside the fact I was going to have to pay shipping to send it back, so I call up newegg and they say they will even pay for the shipping of it back to them and upgrade the shipping back to me to next day service once the RMA was complete. After two weeks of multiple calls and getting absolutely no information regarding the process of my RMA, I had to call since the website was showing the RMA as "step 2" for the whole 2 weeks and I never received any e-mail in return of the ones I sent, I had no information and was told I would be getting it "soon" every time. So I decide to call one more time last Friday where the person says there was some problem with it that wasn't my fault and that they were just going to send me a new case free of charge with next day delivery plus $25 off of my next order. Now another week has passed and the order that they placed on my account that they were paying for is still in step 1 of the order process...so I have still yet to receive a case...and yes I have been running my computer outside the case for about a month now >_< This has been the first time I really had ANY problem with newegg through dozens of orders and RMAs. Anyone else have something similar happen to them?

get your money back... and buy somewhere else.

At least they are trying to deal with you. Maybe something is bugged with your account?

I had a friend with a bugged account. They had to do something and he ended up loosing in the end. Since NE is the only place that his parents would deal with, he created a new account and has never had a problem since.

Having a bugged account would suck, but if nothing happens in the next week I guess I'll just have to call again. There is no way I am going to just take the loss. I have already payed for the case, Antec 900 which ran about $110 when I ordered, there is no way I will let them just keep that money without getting it to me, I may just have to end up asking for a refund if this bugged account thing is really what is plaguing me though. I mean $110 doesn't seem like much but I work too hard for the money I make to just throw it away like that. @_@;;

Just call them up, ask to speak to whoever the on duty supervisor/manager is. Mark down their name / what they promise you. If that doesn't work, write a mail to new president.

Just raise it up the chain when you can't get anywhere with the peons.

I've talked to the supervisor/manager each time I've called since the first person I talk to usually can't do anything for me.

Well if the manager/supervisor has not resolved it, then go up to the next person. Don't take no for an answer.

Called again today since things had not changed and just got a refund. I think I will attempt a new order with a new account and see how things work out.

Placed the order tonight and its already processed further than the other order did in a week. Oh well at least I can look forward to actually having a case now. ;D
