I'm looking for a Christmas gift for a friend.

There was a company making a knock-off movable version of the Hellraiser cube (Lament Configuration) that was on eBay a couple years ago for around $40US. However, the company was sued big-time by Clive Barker LLC, and of course their stuff is no longer on eBay.

I need the cheaper version! Anyone seen any spot out there where someone has some of the old un-licensed version in stock?

The alternative is to just get him the non-movable cube, but... well, if you knew Pete, you'd know why I want the movable one.

A little expensive, I agree. It will be hard to find a replica of that. Froogle didn't give me any results. Sorry.

Nope, that's the "cheap" non-movable one. NECA's stuff is licensed, but it's all crap, made out of plastic and foil.

There's one just like it made by the Puzzle Box Shop that's based on a maple cube for around $30, and that's my alternative. I just wanted the movable one, so that Pete can summon Pinhead and go to hell... :devil

Thats the original "licensed" one that costs a bucket load. He wants to find a knock-off unlicensed cheaper version.

It's not out there... I've been searching all day, and all that's out there is the Puzzle Box Shop item.

Bummer.

I guess Pete's getting the non-movable one. I just can't see myself paying $419 for a gag gift.

If you read above, the company I'm looking for was sued out of existence. The stuff I've linked to is the "official" supplier, who is hella expensive.

Its the "Lament Configuration" device from the Hellraiser movie series.
