These want to be free.
But only if they are Swedish

Swedish women have launched a campaign called Just Breasts which fights for their right to go topless on beaches and in swimming pools.

Scandinavian feminists were outraged when two women were asked to cover up their breasts by a lifeguard at a public pool near Stockholm.

One of the pair (sorry), 22-year-old Ragnhild Karlsson, said: 'If women are forced to wear a top, shouldn't men also have to?'

I think I read somewhere that women can be topless in New York... Sometimes the men that are topless are just disgusting.

Only in areas designated for nudity. I know of at least one nude beach in the east end of Scarborough. Those who use the GO commuter train may have gotten a glimpse of the odd bare butt on a secluded bit of lakefront beach when passing between Rouge Hill & Pickering.

However this whole topless thing is not all roses unless the person doing it has attributes that are display worthy.

I don't think that you would like to see the bare tops of 80 year old women around the mall and such.

It's only pleasing if the display is worthy like Manic Mouse mentioned.
