I need help e-mailing a guy in Japan, and it would be best if I could get someone to e-mail that could write because it's clear he's using a translator to talk with me which is making this difficult.

The most important thing is that I need to make sure he can talk to us. He says his English is not very good so he doesn't wanna do a radio interview, but I want to convince him it's ok because we'll have a translator with us. Anyone know how to audibly translate?

A few years ago, I'd volunteer, but (and, yes, I'm making a medical excuse) after my adventure a few years ago, it's hard enough to hang onto english! Sorry, and good luck.

Why can't you also use a translator?

All translators for the asian countries suck balls. No kidding. Sometimes you can barley understand anything. And I think they want to use some kind of a voice conversation, too.

Sure I could help you out.... its just I think some other people would be able to help you out better because they've been studying Japanese for longer than I have. For Instance I think I remember Nodspy saying that he speaks Japanese in another thread, I could be mistaken though :shifty

I should PM him. Or you might be able to make note of this thread secretly :P. I've never seen him on the forums before so I dunno if he'll reply to my PM probably thinking it's spam: "HAVE YOU EVER GOTTEN THE CHANCE TO USE YOUR JAPANESE? WELL I HAVE JUST THE JOB FOR YOU!"

But that doesn't help with the syntax.

Well Kuso, I think it'll be you unless he agrees. I just got an e-mail reply and "these packages enjoyed
us very well" means that since you can speak but not write it, you might want to write it in Kana as he really doesn't seem to understand what I'm asking. I just wanna make it ok to be interviewed kinda thing.
