When i go into this website and watch videos my sound doesnt work, but it does when i use other applications? explain or help please!

I checked the site and the sound works fine for me.
I wonder if you are missing some sort of driver. Are you using IE? I am using IE7.
It seems to be using Adobe Flash Player 9 (at least on my computer).

Try reintalling Adobe Flash Player...

if it is using flash player 9, iv seen in some cases that a reinstall on top of the old install wont fix it. if you google uninstall flash player you can download a file which will remove it, then reinstall it fresh.
