Boy killer to keep serving adult time

Don't do the crime if you can't do the time.

The maliciousness of the act and the evidence of forethought that was apparent in the facts of the case tend to show the prosecution was correct in the treatment of the kid as an adult. A 30-year sentence is light for a double 1st degree murder.

50 years sounds about right.

But if it were up to me, I would just give him the death penalty and get over with it.

I was thinking of 8 hours in the electric chair with one electrode on his head and the other electrode about 8" long and 2" in diameter, rounded on one end and made of copper. This electrode would be inserted into the appropriate body orifice and then the voltage applied slowly until death occurs in the last few minutes of the 8th hour. :Holy Crap :shocking :Holy Crap

But, what if one of the grand parents that he killed was Charles Manson?

But, what if one of the grand parents that he killed was Charles Manson?

Then we would limit the time in the chair to one hour and limit the voltage to an enjoyable stimulating level. :devil

But, what if one of the grand parents that he killed was Charles Manson? No difference, but obviously something is wrong with a justice system that allows a Charles Manson enough freedom to have grandkids. :Nope

Ok here's a thought If we can go back in time, you decide to save the world and keep WWII from happening by killing Hilter... You think you will get a pat on the back? Or be put in front of the firing squad of killing a politician or military person.
