WTF? UPS sucks...

Ok so I ordered my hard drive last weekend (9/5/08) and originally the delivery date was today 9/10/08. However, for some odd reason my package got sent in the opposite direction of where it need to go, instead of going from Iowa to Wisconsin it went from Iowa to Colorado...

I mean WTF!?! We don't even have a hurricane or anything and why is it going backwards...

Instead of getting my package today I get it next week monday!?!?! F*ck you UPS! The last 2 packages you've been a day late and now this!?!

I've had very little problems with UPS. Just got my 200mm Antec Big Boy fan I ordered from Antec today via UPS. Took about 7 days to get yhere from Cali via ground which is just about right.

The total cost of the fan after shipping was horrendous though. Sure wish I could have gotten it up here - would have cost me less than half.

Things happen, but overall their service is great. I get newegg orders basically the next day which is awesome. Some other things take a bit longer but otherwise they are always spot on. I've only had one problem with them which is they messed up my address by mistake once but it was corrected and delivered the next day.

A glitch or a fluke. Depends on the people too and how busy it is.

UPS and FedEX has been the same for me, but UPS is greatly more expensive then FedEX for me. I'm not talking a few bucks, but 50% to 150% MORE expensive for me when selecting 2 day UPS when comparing to 2 Day Fedex on Newegg. Since I've had only like 2 UPS services VS to like dozens of FedEx service, it wouldn't be a fair comparison. So far, FedEx messed up once since I didn't get my package for about a week, I suspect it was a new driver following by the book (not leaving package at the door behind a wall, normally they just drop it off there). UPS has been fine, just more expensive.

Nevermind, I was as mad as I was because I thought I wouldn't be getting my Hard Drive until next week but now it looks like it might be today or tomorrow, which is a lot less waiting time for me! This also makes me a lot less angry...
