Although acne can affect people at any age, it usually peaks at between 16 and 18, when up to 98 per cent of the population of developed countries are affected. A link between dairy milk and acne has been observed because acne is significantly less common in parts of the world that consume less dairy milk. As well as being socially embarrassing, acne is costly - up to five $billion is spent worldwide each year treating the affliction.
Acne is caused by hormones in dairy milk that affect the glands of hair follicles, making them produce more sebum than usual. This makes hair follicles stick together and form a kind of plug in the skin pore - this is the first visible sign of acne. The plug blocks the sebum canal and prevents the free-flow of sebum to the skin, thus making acne develop.
Dairy milk has many types of hormones. Some of the hormones are produced by the placenta to aid the cow’s pregnancy. Other hormones in milk, such as IGF-1, help the calf to grow rapidly. Humans also produce IGF-1 growth hormones. This hormone peaks at age 15 in girls and 18 in boys, coinciding with peak acne levels.
I just thought I should share this with other people. It's a topic some of us over here have been talking about. If you have this problem try to avoid dairy products. If you need to drink milk try T.G. Lee 1% Milk from CVS because it's Hormone Free. :Thumb

Nope its 100% cow cheese, lots of farms around here, so my grandpa is given cheese in exchange for his tomatoes to his neighbor.

The point is that the hormones are in the milk. Sure some people don't have ACNE probably for some reason or another. However if you had Acne as a child chances are you might still have it as an Adult if the Hormones are high enough. Some people will have a tolerance to the milk and hormones.
The problem here is that milk from just any normal cow might be just fine with low levels of these hormones. However most dairy cows today are feed everything under the sun to produce more milk than natural.
Case point, I was spending 40$ a month to help my wife fight adult ACNE. When we got together she didn't have the problem, but then again she was on birth control. Still she didn't have the problem in her teen years either, but she lived far away enough from the city to get normal milk.
One day she was taking something that must of killed those dairy enzymes. Might have been a colon cleaner or something, so be warned. And now she has a lactose intolerance and ACNE problems. Over time the tolerance came back, but never 100%. Then there was the problem of the ACNE that looked painful and it was on her face and back.
Sure enough we switched her to the T.G Lee (Hormone Free) Milk at CVS and over time the ACNE went away.
As for me, I had ACNE as a kid, but I'm baby smooth and drink Milk all the time without any issues.

Well, Aryan = perfect man during the Nazi era, aka a blond haired, blue-eyed German.
Being an Aryan means that everyone else is thus "worse" than you, which may offend some readers.

Aryan terminology is a bunch of baloney, Hitler was not blond or blue eyed. I think it was just away for them to get the Jews out of their way. It's not like they were in power long enough to breed a whole new super race. I'm a very white man living in the south, but you are not going to see my with sheets over head chanting "White Power." But this gives me an idea to breed a new master race that likes computers and kills off the noobs. ;)
ANYWAY, THIS IS OFF TOPIC TO ACNE AND MILK... GET BACK ON TOPIC!
