Do you find that your eyes are really sensitive to light?
Do you think it has a lot to do with the amount of time you spend on your computer?
I noticed some of you mentionin how you'd rather have the lights off, or be in the dark. But I thought that darkness was a lot harder on the eyes !
So, what you think?

At first when i saw the forum title, i thought you were making fun of my eyes, and the adhesive holding the eye lids shut :) , but now that you mention it, i can't truthfully answer your questions because I don't know. I'll attempt to answer them:
#1. never, not even before the incident.
#2. N/A, I love not being required to answer a question because it doesn't apply.
#3. i thought the darkness was so we couldn't see them, well at least i thought they went outside sometimes. remembers scene early in life: looks in mirror, eyes are completely black with a slight edge of brown...no white.

i cant go outside without squinting. even with cloudy days i squint. thats why i got shades that let in 9% of light and block out all glare. sure they cost $330, but they are nice.

the only reason most of us like being in the dark, well i'm not sure if this applies to everyone, but i just hate having glare from lights on my monitor, esp. when i'm gaming, it's impossible to see in dark areas (this applies to AVP2 alot)..
I aready went blind in one eye due to light sensitivity............

The only thing I hate is if it's really sunny with no trace of clouds.

Yeah. I can't stand to go out without sunglasses. I figured it was just me. Too many years working inside in darkened control rooms.

It has to be dark.
Period.
I have small tears in my retinas and my eyes are exceptionally sensitive to sunlight (or any bright light for that matter).
Unfortunately I also have to wear sunglasses until it is absolutely dark outside.
I used to like the sun as a child. Now that I'm in my thirty's I kinda miss being able to spend much time in the sun. :(

But you've all forgotten. There are REAL live girls out there amongst the sting of the sun. Is that incentive enough?
Repeat after me...Anna Nova is not real...Anna Nova is not real...
Heh heh heh...:)

Is love a tender thing? It’s too rough, too rude, too rowdy, and it pricks like a thorn. If love is rough with you, be rough with love. If love pricks you, prick it back, and you’ll beat love down.

I personaly have blacked out my windows to keep out that nasty sun... (at least in the room the computers are in)
"It's scary outside, there's people out there..."
I have light colored eyes and like light skin their more sensitive to the sunlight... (I wear sunglasses alot :D )
also I find a dark room more peacefull...
"AAAAAHHHH the light it burns..."
