Lately it has come to my attention that there are some serious gaming flaws in Windows 7 that have carried over from Vista. On more than one occasion I've ran into slightly older hardware that would warp, skip, lag and in general have low frame rates.
These games include: Source Engine Games (Team Fortress 2 (TF2), Left 4 Dead, Left 4 Dead 2, Counter Strike Source (CS:S, CSS)) Heroes of Newerth (HoN) Call of Duty Series (CoD), Modern Warfare, Overlord Series (Overlord, Overlord: Raising Hell, Overlord 2) and a lot of Valve games.|The Fix!!

I don't think that's true... What I think is people should have at least 768 kilo bits per second (kbps) to play games online with less ping.
im running 7 and currently alot of source engine games as well as COD4...i notice no difference between XP64 and 7. friend has MW2 and he notices nothing either...
It was one of those things man. I was about to laser my computer with my eyeballs when I tried the fix and MW2 was playable with my kids 3850!
