The all new TX-4 thermal compound from Tuniq has redefined what is possible in thermal transfer. As we all know, it has become technically more difficult to make a breakthrough in thermal transfer medium, but we at Tuniq are proud to announce that: “WE DID IT!!” Retaining all the best characteristics of the high performance TX-3, we have managed to increase thermal conductivity to help you combat the ever increasing heat output in high performance gears.

We have placed strong emphasis on performance and user-friendliness. With the easy to spread nature of the TX-4, we have included a large surface applicator called the “TIM spreader” so you can obtain full performance without the mess!
We know that you are excited, so are we, and you will be glad to hear that the TX-4 will become widely available in the beginning of May, 2010.

OMG, gonna be getting this.
I don't really get the difference between these thermal compounds, I've used artic ceramic and someone gave me a tx-2 and I didn't notice any difference.
True... .The TX-3 is a little hard to spread. Hopefully this will not be the case with the new TX-4 compound.

Definitely. The only complaint I ever read about the TX-3 (I'm looking forward to building my first system sometime this summer) was the relative difficulty of application; my guess is this'll improve on that. Every piece of evidence I've ever seen regarding their thermal paste has suggested that these guys know what they're doing.
cool me personally i prefer GELID GC-EXTREME Thermal Paste Compound works great for me :)
I really liked their TX-2 & TX-3 Thermal Compound, so I looking forward to this stuff :)
