I won't buy a tablet until the size is equal to A4 paper size. And ofc, the tablet then has to be able to show all types of pdf files flawlessly.
I think apple being at the top has run its course and now apple will just blend into the background, its about time, really, there are tablets out there that are just as good or close to.
I will not be getting one.
I won't; I don't support how employees are treated by Foxconn. Sad to see how some people treat other just to get as much money as possible. Apple wins enough....
I will leave the rest of the talk to this page below.

Apple isnt the only one who uses foxconn
I am aware of that and thanks for the link; I will make sure not to buy from these companies.
R U an IDIOT?? In this world, u need to be some kind of supermen, to buy all things u need and at the same time not to buy stuff which is made by companies from that list!!! Intel, Microsoft, Samsung, Sony, Toshiba, Dell... Come on man!! Wake UP!!!
I'm gonna get a windows 8 tablet, if i'm using my tablet, I don't want to turn on my computer for any reason. fx if I need it to load flash content or download a song... or anything alike :I
I'd just not get an ARM version of Windows 8 tablet if I were you. I'd just get a Windows 7 tablet instead because I don't like having a desktop as an application and I'd always want to have a Windows 7 Start menu instead of Windows 8 Start screen. Metro is a "nice to have" rather a "must have for tablets" and for me, Windows 8 is too Metro-centric.
The bottom line is this: It's who I am and I don't want Microsoft controlling my mobile/desktop experience and I don't care for a wall gardened application store. To each their own, though.
As for iPad, it's not for me, so what's left for me to choose is an Android tablet or a tablet running Windows 7.
What would be cool, however, if I could dual-boot between Windows 7 and KDE, but then I'll need a large SSD just so I won't have to worry about running out of disk spae. Check this out:
It will be interesting to see what the final Windows 8 tables are like.
I'm also curious to see what they'll come up with but hopefully the pc version won't be too "tablety"... or at least that it can be disabled. I really don't like all those widgets on my screen
When prices drop, I'll probably be getting one. Kids use the iPad 1 I have now though and it's more than enough. To be honest, I find my Galaxy Nexus a little more convenient, but still like the iPad for what it is.
