IMO go with the one that cost less.
unless you like Crysis 2 of course
And Rodney would you at least explain why you would go for GTX560ti if your gaming only and if you do other stuff go with the 6950 ?

I've personally found NVIDIA video cards a bit more compatible because NVIDIA throws more money at game developers. Thus these games are written wither NVIDIA hardware and software in mind.
At the money though, I'd go with AMD. Reason being, AMD video cards are not only excellent at gaming, but fantastic at handling multimedia content. I love gaming, but also watch a ton of movies and have XBMC installed on my main rig. So for me it's a work, gaming and HTPC rig all in one ;) My experience with NVIDIA on the HTPC end hasn't been entirely favorable because of compatibility issues with audio receivers mainly do to HDMI issues. With AMD video cards you can on the fly plugin a large screen TV, run your favorite player and watch a movie at 7.1, no issues. Then when finished, yank the HDMI out turn on gaming LCD, all without a reboot or headaches. Anyway, that's been my experience.
Look at the benchmarks and decide for yourself. The 560Ti wins in a few games, but overall, it looks like the 6950 does better.

I would say GTX 560 TI because i just thenk it's better for money :)
No random fanboy comment here.
If we are talking about HD6950 2GB Vs a GTX560Ti 1GB my selection would be the HD6950. they overclock about the same if i will completly ignor HD6950's Shader unlocking abilities.
gtx 560
