Hey there guys , i wanna ask if i could use this card with another 590 card is it possible ?
I'm very interested in this card considering that it's pretty jammed with killer stuff for a highly competitive price when comparing head to head with the other, more well known makes.
I am so psyched to get this card! I have HEARD that, in the past, Palit cards weren't so hot. Not sure if that is true, but when I saw the 3GB model on CyberPowerPC, I could not WAIT to get my hands on it! Unfortunately, I have to wait until early April, but still, you just can't argue with 3GB of GDDR5!! I wish I could see some comparison videos of how this card compares to the Palit GTX 580 Sonic, EVGA GTX 580 SC, and a standard GTX 580. But anyways, this 3GB card, teamed up with an OC'd i7-2600k must be the BOMB! Going to be AWESOME!!
Nice card. Going to get it. Desing is a bit meh but it going to be inside the computer so who cares?
Does it come with the 6pin and 8pin? i have a 6pin but not sure if i have a 8pin somewhere.
Id also like to see it compared to the standerd GTX580 see how much that extra £20 - £30 gets me. Still overall 3 or so years down the line and can see this still mashing up most games so for the price is great :D
The benchmark's were a good addition, but I'd love to see this card vs the standard GTX 580.

man i can tell that ddr2 good for gaming to like ddr3. i have phenom ii x4 955 be and 4gb ddr2 800mhz and 5770. games runs great :)

In this case I think the motherboard is an add-on to the video card system.
How necessary is 3GB in 1080P?

Betting with BF3 is no problem...
i dont understand why they make it 3gb if it dont have eyefinity. if you want play multi monitors so you need two cards nvidia and you have two cards you have 3gb memory. so it waist of time and it dont need at all 3gb memory. plus this card cost so much that i will better same a bit more cash and buy two 6970. and i cant wait till amd will bring to shops 6990 :O :D
Unfortunately having two or more cards in SLI or Crossfire doesn't give you double the video memory. I do agree with you about getting two 6970's for people more interested in getting good performance that are on a budget. It's always good to shoot for middle of the line products when dealing with components that will be more outdated every few months.

So, it has display port? Does it mean that I can use more than two monitors (up to 3 monitors) on a single graphics card? Also, can I sli this with regular gtx 580?
you can run 3 in 3D if you want!
If that's a case, then why do we need two gtx 580s to run across 3 monitors when you can just use one gtx 580 with display port?
at eyefinity you can run 6 monitors and all 3d and from one card :D
How many people do you know have 6 monitors? I'd just be happen with one or two monitors and this card.
what is the recomended power supply for this ?
800Watt to 1000 and above especially is you use core-i7
600W is ok but bare in mind that if you use more harddrive it will die hehe
i am running an 750W supply and currently owning a 4870x2 card, witn i5 760 2 hdd and i am tinking on geting the gainward version of this card and a dedicated physics card. I think it will run pretty good because: My card requiures a 650W supply, the normal gtx580 requires a 600W and this uses a couple more wats but i don't think it will come with 600W, and the dedicated physics card doesn't eat that much power. Any ideas ?
