Do NOT use this company they are the absolute pits when it comes to customer care. While the headset os OK I paid in British Pounds and they convert to US dollars, this meant PayPal paid by an e-cheque which takes 7-9 days to clear (mine actually took 16 days)I paid for next day delivery but because of the e-cheque it took 16 days but even on a non e-cheque purchase their policy is one day to think about it then one day from when they decide to send it. I paid an extra £12.00 to get them before Christmas but they arrived on 6th January.
When I contacted them all I kept getting was, terms & conditions,small print, hard luck that is our policy.
I could have bought these cheaper than eDimensional sell them for with free postage and still got them quicker.
Never again, they are on my BLACK LIST.
