well i have been playing Dayz on my laptop for awhile, but i got my self a desktop, here in march but i havn’t gotten to install the game on my desktop until now, so the problem is i do alot of things while gaming. so i tap out of the game alot, but then i tap out and go in the game again the mouse in all the manu’s and inventory is gone, it dosn’t show but i try to drag things form my inventory its still here but dosn’t show,

so anyone know whats wrong, or can you get any kind of mouse overlay program cuz im kinda tired of restarting the game every time i need to tap out:)

Some games just don’t like being Alt Tabbed. Try playing in borderless window mode instead of fullscreen if you have that option.

Considering the game is still in Alpha, this might be something that just hasn’t been addressed yet. A fully functioning game should not have this problem. Maybe contact the devs about it.

This is what you get when it is an early release Alpha. I’d send a hardware summary and problem to the developer.

Have fun, be safe! Sláinte!

I’m curious as to what brand of mouse you are using. Do you mind sharing? I wonder if using a different brand will give you the same issue, something entirely different, or not.

Regardless of driver, all mouse functionality is handled by the Windows kernel in the end. It is very doubtful that this has anything to do with the brand of the mouse itself.

the mouse can’t be the problem… maybe the insufficient hardware
