I’ve had two pairs of the Sharkoon 5.1 headphones and I absolutely love them!

I don’t know about A4tech’s presence in America, but they have a really good and cheap headset the A4Tech Bloody 7.1.

Ive had a few headsets
My sons -> The Corsair Vengeance 2000 Wireless: +’s Great sound, very comfortable, battery (rechargeable) last a long time. -‘s The charging cord can become loose (So now it doesnt stay plugged in well). The ear cups tend to collect dust/lint.
Mine:
Tt eSports Cronos -> not even sure where to begin… +’s .. um….. they light up? -‘s Terrible sound (very dull – no bass), very uncomfortable, 3 plugs for pc (headset + usb for light), the cord tangles like I have NEVER SEEN!!

BitFenix FLO -> +’s comfortable, good sound, mic is removable (plugs in), lightweight, can be plugged into cell/pc/etc. They incl diff cords. Inexpensive. -‘s not a good choice for an audiophile. The strap broke – but they sent me a new one

I did have an Astro A50 set my wife got for me… I had to return it since at the time, my pc was no good. Like putting leather 6-way power seats in a smartcar. so sad lol

I don’t think they have A4Tech in USA, but yeah I agree, that headset is nice.

From the given options I’d go with SteelSeries just because I’ve had a pleasant experience with V1 in the past.
And if you want very good sound and have some $$$ to spare don’t get a gaming headset, get some real headphones, like Sennheiser or AKG or something.

Well I have a Sirus headset and I don’t like it. Sound isn’t really great. Logitech, Razer, A4Tech…tried those in a store and they were great

Don’t buy the speedlink medusa….. stupid headset the plastic is really crap…

For my last birthday i bought the steelseries siberia v2… i know is not a 5.1 Surround headset but is not so much expensive and it sounds really good in game because it has big 50 mm driver perfect for explosion…. the microphone is not the best but its a light and confortable headset.

IMHO Razer and Steel Series stuffs are really overhyped and over priced, i know they are good, but i think way cheaper stuffs can do the same.

I’m using Sennheiser G4ME One. Clear and crisp audio, lacks the bass of the Zero though but still it’s worth checking out.
