I have just registered with this site and every time that I try to log on, Trend Micro (my protection software) blocks the page due to a risk of information transfer. I have to bypass it to log on. What is up with that? I log onto several sites, and this is the first time that I have come across this. It is kinda scary! Has this site been compromised?

Strange, my Kaspersky Enterprise suite doesn’t see a thing. I also bounced it through Sucuri SiteCheck and it came back clean:

I think it is a false positive. You should have a way to contact Trend Micro via the software interface, and let them know about it.

Have fun, be safe! Sláinte!

Strange indeed, but the 3GM site is obviously safe and secure 🙂 I personally use Malwarebytes premium, which is crazy secure when it comes to malware and the like, but I don’t have this issue. Like Eriue said, false-positive.

False positives happen unfortunately. I know we use some web filtering software at work. We’ve had some crazy things blocked, such as a Boy Scout summer camp website was blocked and listed as the category lingerie/swimwear. There are other funny false positives like that too.
