The SilverStone EC04-E PCI-E to USB3 Card has USB 3 connections, two are external and one is an internal 19pin connector. It comes installed with the regular size black expansion slot bracket, but a low profile bracket is included. This is a perfect option for adding extra USB3 ports to any system with a free PCI-E 2 slot.
